It would be next to impossible for me to understand and learn the courses on my own. As a novice learner, the world of a Fire Alarm Technician seemed quite overwhelming and daunting. Hats off to Randy for navigating through the courses with such ease, finesse and warmth. His breadth of knowledge and experience shines through his classes and he is a pro in keeping the class engaged at all times with tons of activities which tickle our brain cells. I made some wonderful friends along the way. I will cherish these moments for years to come as these are without doubt some of the best memories of my life.
